Crystal Properties has acquired a prime hotel and luxury villa site in Lijiang, Yunnan. The land area is 174,383 sqm located on the slope of Wenbishan Mountain overlooking old villages, Gucheng Golf course, and Wenbihai Lake.

 

Phase I – Land area 41,050 sqm. It is ready for the development of an ultra luxury resort hotel with 70 rooms plus around 30 villas. It will be positioned as one of the top hotel and resort projects in Lijiang.

 

Phase II – Land area 133,333 sqm. It is ready for the development of villas under the hotel brand.
